... times better than EY GDS and KGS as I understood from my friends working there. I got two increment in 2022 where my salary hre by 100% in one year. My colleague has got bonus of 50% of CTC because he helped firm earn more work. Every day, I have one hour of extra curricular activity booked on my calendar. Be it spa, tennis coaching, Salsa dance, presentation on Indian history or debate on latest topic. Friday we close at 4pm but till 8pm we need to party hard. Free alchohal every Friday. They have a deal with Manhattan Gurgaon so one part in every 45 minutes and 3 Offsite in one year. Opportunity to travel abroad as my colleague is going to amsterdam next month for 6 months.

The growth opportunities offered are immense. The flexibility to learn various facets of finance (accounting, tax, M&A, audit) is something I really like about this firm, unlike big companies where switching domain is challenging. I received a skip-level promotion in less than a year based on great client feedback and overall performance. Apart from recognition and great quality of work, there are Friday parties and offsites, spa sessions, dance classes and various other activities going on through out that makes work enjoyable. My overall experience has been amazing so far and this is the right place for somebody who is ambitious about career and is a party-animal.

I really like the culture of this organisation. In work, you can get exposure in different fields, apart from that there are several trainings conducted during lean session to keep us up to date regarding the changes that took place in accounting and auditing concepts. Along with work, we also enjoyed a lot as there is happy hours on every Friday where we relax and enjoy ourselves with our colleagues.
