Likes

The institute is too micro managed with the owners having trust issues and no proper hierarchy. The processes are very unclear and there is no HR dept at place. The culture is an absolute chaos with lot on unnecessary noise over things worth ignoring. The management lacks vision and mission and there is absolute no JD and roles and responsibility at place.

Dislikes

The upper management plays divide and rule and lot of office policies which gets dirtier each day. There is no respect of skills and YES sir culture gets nurtured in each department.There is hardly any personal growth.
