(situated in picturesque location with natural beauty, clean air)(each faculty has separate cabin / shared with just 1 peer) 3. Lots of activities & events to keep the work place lively & fun. 4. Job security.

1. Delay in salary payments. (usually 1 month delay, can go up to 3 months when organization faces working capital management difficulties) 2. No appraisals/increments/promotions. (KPIs are not clearly defined/tracked/monitored) (most people have had no increments even after 3-4 years) 3. No programs for upskilling the employees.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
