Management is not good, no salary hike I completed 2.5 yrs just 1k only increment given and till now now variable pay given

Not at all having increments and career growth is very slow due to this problem maximum employees are resigning and going to another company's

Company culture is good. But salary hikes are not good.training on technical skills are also good.safety is first priority for the company

Salary hikes are very low every year when compared with other companies

The company is innovative and ready to accept freshers and adopt latest technology. Job security is good and carrier growth is good for future reference. Work environment is also good and also work satisfaction with in the people working with the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is not so good , that is the backlog of growth. However the work pressure is very high,and have to work for at least 12-14 hours per day.

Likes

International Paper APPM Ltd is one of best workplaces is have ever heard. They mainly focus on the safety of employees company culture, diversity in people.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Until unless your boss is too good enough there won't be any dislike about the company.

It is the place you can grow your self with bunch of opportunities. But thing is you have to prove yourself you are the capable in the job role. You will get travel , salary/ appraisal and leave benefits as per policy. More than if your performance well in the role you will get appreciation from Comanay Chairman and MD. This is one of the place you have work life balance . The work environment is so positive. I'm in IT department and my teammates are very nice people ,friendly nature. We do our work as a team. Very Cooperative people I have in my team. Also we implemented few innovative ideas in our company.
