... the commitment things like car allowance,DA,MDO support,Translocation expenses.There is no any fix date of release of salary and expenses reimbursement. They deduct actual claimed expenses.There is no any security for job. If any one wants to spoiled their career please join IPL BIOLOGICALS. Overall zero rating from my side to IPL BIOLOGICALS.

...ptt also delays procurement and favours some specific vendors to gain something. HR peoples and policies were worst, they always used to think, how to deduct employee salary.

Old employees create politics with each other for the new employees. The salary structure is very poor and 10 to 20 percent of the salary is put into variable pay. The appraisal of the employees has not been on time due to the worst HR and management systems. It is given in August and September months.

...d strategy which they used for make a volume in business that was to irritant. And the by last 5 years they are facing problem in funds so they are not able to do salary in time So my request is with you that when u consult the vaccancy of this company with any person also share this problem that’Salary will come on the end of 2 months..!!! There are some people in this company who are completely casteist, they give wrong feedback to whoever leaves the company or is fired, wrong feedback is given even by HR, they are defamed in the market while the top sales persons of the company make the down the line do wrong things, working with them means ruining your career. Without any investigation, one is asked to resign immediately. Sycophant people are liked more.
