No HR Policies even if it is existing still it isn't applied Very bad treatment of employees. Employees are treated as Slave Management is only focussed on company benefits NO focus at all on the employee challenges employees are treated like labours No educated HR to rely on Anyone and literally anyone is given senior roles basis their relationship with the management Many senior ranked Managers are not even well educated. By well educated I mean many of them are not even graduates forget about Post graduation.

I am join on Dec 2020 after 6 months company is not confirm me and when I am complete my 8 month company is ask me to leave my job and ask my whole team approx 12 people company ask to leave their job without any warning mail and one month notice.

They have kicked me out during pandemic with one month notice ...that too I was located in different states which take me 3 days to reach my home town .....Which lead me to bankrupt

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
