Likes

The focus on rescuing victims of human trafficking and providing justice to them by nailing down the preprators. The staff of IJM is very nice and understanding. There is a very good bond between the team mates. I personally feel it's a very superb place to work within IJM. Specially the structural transformation is the best practices followed by the entire IJM staff.

Dislikes

There are some differences regarding solving cases between different departments. But I firmly believe it's ok cause we all as humans have differences and that it can be solved within. Above all leaving every differences we as IJM have achieved in creating an impact on the society.
