Everything… the people who own and manage the centre are worst. Complete information would never be given to you. You can even be asked to come to work on a Sunday in case the centre has not achieve the number of students they were supposed to.

Well, theres a lot to say.. Every day before closing the institute there is an insulting session which is held by the directors where the directors insult every staff. Insult means literally horrible insult that you won't feel like Coming again the next day.no staffs stay here for more than a month/few months because of the behavior of the management people. It's so funny to say that this a record of this institute lol.. Worst decision of my life but still I thank god as this is my first job and only for the experience certificate I'm doing this. I feel pity for the students too.they increase the course fee like anything. Students have to pay a lot more than the promised course fee. Many students are stuck there just because of the money matter. Not everyone is rich. I don't understand how they are running this institute. Only in the name of "bandra" it's running. Students also leave. So overall I totally hate this workplace. For me it's only a job that pays the rent and that's it.

The work culture at INIFD Bandra is very demoralizing. The upper management and directors ill treat and humiliate you. There is no job security in this institute. They just get work done from you and throw you out by putting false allegations which mentally break you and put your confidence at a very low level. The company only functions On conspiracy and bad politics
