Igt is defenately very good plateform for freshers. But salary is very low.

Mamagement don't take care of employees. We are doing our best but still they react like we are doing nothing. And after this, i think the roaster maker is so stupid. They alway make wrong pickup/drop.

Although IGT offers cab services, securing one during peak hours can be challenging, especially between 12:00 and 21:00, which is a real hassle. Moreover, if you possess strong social skills and can forge a good relationship with your team leader, you're likely to get your planned leaves and preferred shifts without much trouble. Lastly, the resignation process and final settlements are handled efficiently; I encountered no issues with these during my final days at IGT.

...nity to freshers and help them to built good experience through new technology.. they support in lockdown provide salary at home without work who cannot afford work of home.. and those can afford work from home company provide work from to those employees... But many employees has been terminated by company... during lockdown and Iam one of them
