...s good facilities for employees interms of opertunities for growth and learning. Salary and appraisals are always on time nomatter what the situation is. As a company its is good and work is also awesome.

There is no job security because of the management team of production.. and growth opertunities only for favourites no work life balance at all as good shifts offered only for favourites.. but managers leaders are spoilers..

There is no work life balance according to the salary. Forget about promotion coz of favoritism. In private there no security. What is skill development? No one knows in IGT. Fake company culture due to all the unsatisfactory conditions mentioned above I left.

Although IGT offers cab services, securing one during peak hours can be challenging, especially between 12:00 and 21:00, which is a real hassle. Moreover, if you possess strong social skills and can forge a good relationship with your team leader, you're likely to get your planned leaves and preferred shifts without much trouble. Lastly, the resignation process and final settlements are handled efficiently; I encountered no issues with these during my final days at IGT.
