The International Committee of the red Cross is a good organization, i worked here six years my experience was fantastic this organization has lot of opportunities to developed your skills organization provide course and training their employees time to time and good medical facility, they supporting us in COVID-19 lockdown as provide mask, sanitizer, in sufficient volume.

Everything is good in this organization, but a few senior misuse their power to junior employee.

i like to work the international agency due to for the many reasons i would like to help to the community like the poos people children and gender balance i considered the strategy of agency and follow the police of the agency

i work with my team mate or colleagues the best way to work i respect with staff that we share same jobs i give the training the other health workers that join the our group i want to be one of the highest person of the agency my salary dependent my activities but i like 1400$ highest and lower $700 i like travel our regions
