I feel fortunate to work with such a great organization. The work culture is great and which is ideal to maintain work life balance. The team collaborative spirit and willingness to help each other is very inspiring.

Had there been something to like about, I would have continued working there. But the firm is a “Lala Company” which does not bother about adding value to the client and just focuses on making money, forget about the employees..

The firm provides diverse learning opportunities with a free hand to deliver, which ultimately results in increasing knowledge and confidence. Colleagues and HoDs are supportive and approachable.

Due to nature of consulting work, you may be required to stretch for long hours , but still the work culture is better than other renowned firms.

The company is in grown by professionals but lacks a vision and currently unsure of its own future!!

While working at IBA there were no growth opportunities. They hire skilled professionals but have no job scope for them and hence are put to odd jobs not of their caliber
