The two founders were clueless and lacked direction, with one being significantly inexperienced and the other one was nothing but a fraud. It's a mystery how they secured funding (maybe VCs were more clueless).
The startup comprised mainly of college students and freshers, lacking organizational structure. When I attempted to establish order, the unappreciative fraud co-founder insisted on maintaining chaos. Astonishingly, social media follower count became basis of fraudulent co-founder's judgement of individual. The fraudulent founder even went so far as to insult an employee's appearance.
As of December 28, 2023, it appears that only 2-3 individuals are actively working at Interality. I have seen better college projects then this joke of a company. If you are VC and found this review, please revaluate, if you are potential VC or investor please stay away from Interality.
