Being a growing company, there is pretty lot of system implementation and standardization, which can be done. The management and peers support for implementation and no procrastination's felt.

It's a family run business and nepotism traces are still found in some aspects.

Intergrow has a very supportive and friendly work culture. Employees value the chance to develop new skills and gain experience in their respective fields. The leadership at Intergrow is often described as approachable and respectful.

If u wanna explore your potential, this is the place where you are supposed to spit fire. As the company is performance culture oriented, you will be given multiple initiatives to drive (15+ KPIs to drive Daily, 10+ KPIs to drive Weekly, 15+ KPIs to drive Monthly, 10+ KPIs to drive Quarterly). In short, be workaholic.

Targets are not based on logic and population. It depends on person to person. If u achieve something this month, u r dead from next month onwards. You have to get used to the following sentence everyday: Your very existence in this company makes loss to the company (they will even tell u the value- the Opportunity Cost). And best part is that they seldom visit the market. If they visit, they do not visit to study the market but to study your drawbacks and make documented mails accordingly. Be ready to work on all Public holidays. Last year, we worked on Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanthi... etc

Other than the job you are hired for, you will learn a verity of new skills.

Work culture is extremely terrible, instead of providing training for your shortcomings they directly threaten you to be terminated. Extremely unhealthy politics is also an issue. One can end up sacrificing their self respect and dignity. They don’t even have a proper facility for production. Top management is extremely inconsiderate in all aspects. It may corrode one’s confidence of his/her skills.
