There is no work life balance Company culture and environment is just bad So much gossips than doing work So much negativity Mostly Managers are from foreign states so in India the employees act so much to show that they are working hard and dominate the right persons. So much toxicity If you want to loose the real you to earn money then go for it otherwise just drop. Have some real life acting and dominating skills to survive in this company in a long run.

Work from office for 4 days week, if 1 day is holiday than also 4 days work from office. Food vendor is below standard. No table tennis, caram at office. No HR communication. Policies are like of a service based company.
