Compensation is poor.Hikes are rare.Work pressure is high.Alternate Saturdays are working days.Poor management no proper team stresses on deliverable what ever the condition may be. On sight coordinators/team leaders are really horrible.

It was a short duration working in Inteq but it was a good company and got a chance to learn and work in new methodologies.

I dont have anything specific about dislikes as I worked there only for short duration.

Learning new Technologies is Good, Job Security is Good, Manager is easy to reach

Dislikes

Working hours are not good, Some times need to work on Weekends but that depends upon the project and Work Culture is not that great

we will get every year appraisal and career growth good , they is not politics in work location they will give training if it is required

I have joined in this company as fresher. I learned a lot things, Nice managements While initial stage i faced a lot issue but good support from seniors they helped me and give suggestion so that we can easily to development. . I want say thanks to management.
