The only good thing about this company is a smoking zone and good coffee powder. Everything else is cow shit.

...onest the work experience I have gotten from this company is very disappointing. Not only do they not provide the salary for the work you have done, they also have very bad work culture. Any working company should have a proper working system to keep the work flow consistent and running but this company lacks the most in this department. Please dont work here or consider working here.

Everything, it includes office politics, salary was less, the shift timings are terrible, the way juniors are treated by the seniors, the company cafeteria food is expensive and if you eat outside you will be judged as if they are giving enough money to eat inside, first place where I realised hindi speaking(who is not a south indian) people will be considered dumb.

I don't know about other managers at Intellipaat, but the manager of ROW(also the VPO of the company), Trishul Bhillwan, was a manager that everyone dreams of. Always supports his team and is the best. He makes Intellipaat a whole lot better place to work at.

Dislikes

... you can't take a week off, so its just 3 weekoffs per month and 1 casual leave. The package that they show while hiring in 9Lpa, but for freshers the in-hand is just 22k a month! Although they mention 9hours of working each day(including 1 hour break) but even thought I was just an intern, most of the time I ended up there working for 12 hours a day which is normal over there because thats what majority of people used to do.

... care of your mental health by serving good snack, music, games and refreshment. HR policy is much better than other companies, you always receive your salary on time, you can claim your insurance without any hassle, incentives are processed as promised, etc. Good place for growth.

All satisfactory, leaves could be added more :)
