1. No work resources. They will give you outdated desktop to work on 2. They never provided the tools and resources required to work properly. 3. Job security is totally shit. They will fire you immediately when ever they want. 4. Every thing is directly controlled by director itself here. Everyone works on fear. Director keeps eye on you always from his office. 5. No engagement activities. Even you tea breaks will also get noticed. 6. Office feels like a boring and tense place. 7. 99% Male staff. 8. In terms of celebrations and activity, they will only take to club on 2 main festivals. Thats it. 9. There is no product discussion. You will get assigned task directly without any details from director and then you develop things based on your research and knowledge, You will get lot of trouble in work reviews and no appreciations. 10. Whenever there will be any issue, you will be responsible. But when it comes to credits, managers will take that. 11. Whatever you will suggest in terms of product suggestions, technologies, resources requirements and all, they will never listen. 12. Your suggestions or feedbacks will be taken as arguments. 13. As per my experience, 5 star rated reviews must me forcefully made by employees. 14. If you will have any issue in office, HR will never help you. 15. You cannot even use earphones while working . If owner notices you, you will get to hear. 16. Your personal belongings are also not allowed inside working area expect phone & notebook. 17. There is a camera on you always. No matter where you sit. 18. Every minute of your work time also gets calculated. Also there is no project management tool. Every discussion is on mail. 19. My final suggestion. Do your own research before joining the company. Talk to Ex-employees, check ambition box and glass door reviews. Discuss every policy with HR before joining. Even if you don't have another job offer, still I would suggest to think twice before joining.

Everything except Salary, why? Naveen Gupta the Owner of the Company thinks he owns you, He watches everyone on CCTV in his cabin, and calls you inside the cabin to abuse you, if you are outside of 20ft by 20ft matchbox (Which he ironically calls a office)for more than 45 minutes, He will fire you. Employees who are working for so long in this company are either incompetent or professional in Office Politics.

Everything is great! There are lot of learning opportunities only if you are willing to learn and grow. Salaries are always on time which lot of people struggle with in other companies.
