...if there is some fam emergency you can request WFH as well for limited duration. The salary hike is also very much compared to industry standards. Managment is also cool and supportive. Lot of opportunities.

Everything except Salary, why? Naveen Gupta the Owner of the Company thinks he owns you, He watches everyone on CCTV in his cabin, and calls you inside the cabin to abuse you, if you are outside of 20ft by 20ft matchbox (Which he ironically calls a office)for more than 45 minutes, He will fire you. Employees who are working for so long in this company are either incompetent or professional in Office Politics.

Everything is great! There are lot of learning opportunities only if you are willing to learn and grow. Salaries are always on time which lot of people struggle with in other companies.
