This Pathetic company has high hiring and Firing Culture. You cannot leave your cubical for more than 5 minutes

Too much Micromanagement, Naveen the Pathetic CEO does nothing but keep observing people on cctv camera in his cabin, if you use your phone for more than 5 minutes. He calls the employee inside cabin and threat them to fire them! Pathetic work culture, people who are working here for so long are pathetic, they think they are gods of some sort, they will do anything in their might to get you fired if you stood on your principles against them.
