The management is very poor. Low Salary according to industry standards and no job security at any designation. The owner of the company itself calls his Ex-Employees and threatens them of legal issues. The increment is barely 2-3k after an year even if you work 12 hrs daily. Work Timing is not fixed. They (specially the Senior HR) keep making false promises about settling the final salary after the notice period ends. They don't respond to emails and ignore calls and do not provide experience certificates even after the notice period, unless you constantly push them.

- Exposure to International projects. - Flexible timings, but 9 hours daily excluding lunch. - Celebration of festivals with games and snacks.

...off leaves which will have a validity of 60 days. Better to never work Overtime. - Very hard for junior employees in terms of salary and appraisals. -Company's policy will start working against you once youg resign. First of all, they will block the salary of the month you resign. Will promise to get all dues cleared by a week or two after the last day, but it will take around 5-6 weeks to clear all dues and documentation. Very unprofessional. -If they send you somewhere for deputation, you will not be given full and also one will need to work on weekends there without pay.

learning is good. Project scope very good. Got a great opportunity for overseas deputation for a very good and prestigious project. the team is professional and friendly. Fast growth and opportunities here

Whole ICE is worst in terms of project and people management. More specifically Director, GM , managers only concerned about revenue. Director only know you till ICE is having project in your domain orelse they will fire you. Recently they fired 11 people which includes seniors & juniors both, due to ego and greedy nature of directors. No time management and project planning they know, they just start the project and no objectives to close the projects with well reputation, actually good reputation word is unknown to them. Seniors overrule juniors, zero learning scope, work beyond shift timings for months, they force to shift to project location without incentives. Department head throw loads to me when I joined without explanation of work, type of project and client's expectations, due to lack of technical skills. You have to beg them to take leave, discrimination between employees some people easily get work from home and for some people they never allow WFH, favouritism promotion by head to make poor working atmosphere. No equality to all team members, no learning scope due to inexperienced seniors. My suggestion to reader, better join a start-up or well established firm but don't plan to work here, lots of BIM companies available in Northern India.

Office politics, Micromanagement, poor ambience, not providing basic amenities, no transparent appraisal, you no need to raise your voice for anything otherwise they'll provide minimum appraisal
