Low pay, more work, can't balance work and after work life, stresss at its maximum. Working more than required hours no compensation no additional pay nothing. I am here only for the experience

Very nice work culture, can reach out to anyone at anytime, Flexible timing, casual dress code. Multiple occasions and games.

Repetitive work, Appraisal is very less, Need friends otherwise work can be very boring, sometimes need to extend working hours.

The company is good for freshers. It gives opportunity to learn. But when it comes to job security and growth. You better not talk about it. If you are in this company it's better to switch after 1 year else they will kick you out from the company.

- No wifi reibursement - diplomatic Hr policies - Hillarious Team leader say he couldnt reach to solution stating it gives ambigous error because he complies inline js in c++ without removing escape sequence on js environment - Get ready to be regexes writer in the name data structure and algorithm profile - company states big data retails analytics but there are only 3 ppl in analitics role , freshers tempt to come here to be data scientist but so called c++ team leader be regex writer and work beyond office hours / weekends as TL makes his own rules here where conduxs seperate calls with fresher on friday at 6-7pm assign them task and force them for answer on monday so fresher life is miserable - Team leader insults members without any sense counting every second of your activity which caused number people leaving the organisation that too with 6 -7 months .. 15 member team has reduced to 4 team - Organisation is not providing hikes to team allthough all development has been shattered

If you are hardworking and have passion to learn things you should be here. Since it's a start-up there are times we have to pull.our socks at odd hours but it's a very good experience.

Sometimes we don't get bonus on time this only thing which bothers me.
