No bossy culture, you can state your opinion / suggestion without fear irrespective of the fact whether they are accepted or not.

Dislikes

There is no testing team or testers in client projects. There is no automation testing, no regression testing. Even though thousands of employees are seen around in the office, the client teams are understaffed.

I got selected from a campus Interview. I learned lot of skill from my team.

Dislikes

For freshers this is not the best company. But there are some team where you can learn. But as a fresher u will not get it to good work . Mostly u will get support kinda work .. Growth you can't expect here even though u r working excellen. So much politics here .. Work life balance is very worst ..

Most of the units are working in old technology , but some of the units now are trying to match with the speed, so it's kind of risk in which unit you are.

Dislikes

People are too much stuck towards the old ways, they didn't want to see the new thing.
