compensation for experienced employees is good, if you do well you are rewarded. there is room for growth is certain projects.

...y is really good. Work environment is decent and co-workers are very supportive. They offers good salaries on time and compensation on hard work. I heartily thank company for it.

U will be asked to pay back ur APDP at the time of company Exit.APDP which they never pay above 60%.So pls be ware about this company. Its as worst as they come. Also NO hike and also using very old tech stack. JOIN ONLY IF U HAVE NO PLACE TO STAY AND NO MONEY TO EAT.

This company is only good for freshers not at all for experienced person.They pay low salary so majorly hired freshers and trained them. Whole top hierarchy are people who joined comapny as freshers only and being here for last 15 years.Work culture is highly pathetic. i joined with 8 years of work experience and instead of manager use to assign the work. He convey to 3 years exp person and that person will assign us work and take daily status too. No goals, no expectation , no meeting with manager happen within a year. They use outdated technology. Shouting of manager on employee is just normal. They never conference room. Creating useless pressure on employees. We need to 45 hrs in week else salary not deducted. If you reach after 9.30 then you will lost half day leave.
