Good for fresher employees, benefits and compensation is good especially when you are joining as fresher. Learning opportunities are good.

Especially growth for Digital marketing is nt much in terms of package.

Best place for disability people to work. Providing free food for late working employees is highly appreciable. Can bring child to work is my favorite thing in Intellect.

Dislikes

Pay is a big problem. Low grade with less experienced person would get ~40% more salary than high grade with more experienced person. Not putting effort to keep the highly commendable people in company.

...ch firm sucks everything of off their low level employees. No work life balance. No hike . No Growth. Have to be junior assosciate for 2yrs with minimum salary to get a basic level digital marketing job and u have to sign a bond for 2yrs and if u break it u will have to pay 1.5 lakhs ,they dont leave u untill they got their money and for 3 months after resigning i have to work for free just to realise they wont give any releiving letter and experience letter because i quit. unless u want lose money working dont join here. Terrible work culture

Managers are the major problem as no motivation received from them .Lots of work with stiff deadlines,poor planning ,bad compensation especially annual incentives

...policy regarding claims and settlement of any expenses. Egoistic top management. No benefit to employees except salary . No diwali celebration . No motivation for employees to work on .
