Best place for disability people to work. Providing free food for late working employees is highly appreciable. Can bring child to work is my favorite thing in Intellect.

Dislikes

Pay is a big problem. Low grade with less experienced person would get ~40% more salary than high grade with more experienced person. Not putting effort to keep the highly commendable people in company.

Managers are the major problem as no motivation received from them .Lots of work with stiff deadlines,poor planning ,bad compensation especially annual incentives

Nothing is good here. Joining this company by blindly believing unrealistic positive reviews is worst decision of my life.

...iven is no where related to it. Unachievable commitments are given to clients resulting in employee burnout . Don't fall in trap by believing unrealistic positive reviews and joining and repenting later . Best way to check the reality is by checking with existing employees who are in your friend circle. Beware of people who are here for very long term by threatening management by resigning every now and then and getting promotions and heavy hike 2-3 times in a year even though they don't deserve it. These people will create dependency on them and don't share any details with teammates , play politics by sending all non performers from their team to your team to spoil your deliverables and push all rejected work to you, target you in front of management and show their supremacy and get the hike and promotion which they wanted resulting in attrition of many people . Complaining to HR is of no use as they don't take any action and show rude behaviour and hide lot of information during onboarding and after joining you will end up in surprise. So Job seekers needs to do lot of due deligence before taking most important decision of their career.

...policy regarding claims and settlement of any expenses. Egoistic top management. No benefit to employees except salary . No diwali celebration . No motivation for employees to work on .
