Dress code No work from home less in salary Hike Extensive support in weekends

Best place for disability people to work. Providing free food for late working employees is highly appreciable. Can bring child to work is my favorite thing in Intellect.

Dislikes

Pay is a big problem. Low grade with less experienced person would get ~40% more salary than high grade with more experienced person. Not putting effort to keep the highly commendable people in company.

Job security, No hike and appreciation for work.Very worst management.No support for employees.Money minded adminstration.

Downgraded technology . Very worst training.No salary/Appraisal .No innovation. If u join in intellect, Ur entire life will be spoilt.

Work wise u will learn new skills But pay wise very worst, in time office is mandatory but out time is at least 9 hours to when ever u completed the work, those many hours required

Increments and sudden deadlines with out proper plan
