The company is good. but the management is worst. no clarity with them. very selfish and egoistic management. it is not run by a policies and procedures but run from a person who is everything there. Policy changes overnight.

salary is not competitive. very partial. feel stuck. deadlock state they will corner you any time

...als will get, that also will go for Income tax deductions. No work life balance. They will deducted some amount from gross salary and release every 03 month once..

Good part of Intelizign is entertainment HRs provides is very good

No proper Salary, not employee friendly, too much work stress. Even has to work more than 12 hours and night shifts even for developers.

Working at client location. don't know the working environment office.

You wont get salary hike and recognition much at the office but if you want to develop you skills and knowledge it is a good company. if you are a fresher better to join here.

...'Wiring Harness Schematic project'. People were hired based on lies & deception. I spent 14 months in this project only Earning, that too less salary & absolutely learnt nothing.
