Work culture is too good,but company policies keep on changing,some times we don't know why salary deduction in salary and no proper explanation.but experience candidates doesn't hire mostly.only for freshers this company is worth joining.other than salary don't expect anything

Worked for more than three years .not paying earned leaves and casual leaves compansation.dont think about benefits.

I was there on BOT model ( which means I would be full-time with the client within a year )...they gave me the notice of 25 days ( just before I was about to complete my 1 year and client would be obliged to hire me on fulltime payroll ) and fired me and they didn't give mr 2 month notice period salary ( If I had resigned I would be serving 2 months notice ) and accumulated leaves payout ( i was told I can't avail my leaves during my notice period...)...what a crap and nasty company I have worked with...

Fraudulent organization, their only client is Oportun. Oportun treats employees through contract like daily labour. They just put senior devs under some manager who act like mafia wingman. they will not give permanant role in 1 year, they simply deny stating the performance is poor and stress employees to sign off. thus intelizest can make more money through contract.
