Everything. The best is food, fruit of the day, managers (in some departments), team outings and of course salary + joining bonus!

Dislikes

When there is power on, there is lot of pressure. Layoff season is there and they dont give a heck about Indian employees. Most of the good employees are leaving.

Great work, amazing colleagues. Exposure to cutting edge technologies in semiconductor manufacturing. Employee friendly policies. Big and spacious office campus.

Compensation. Decision making can be faster.

The salary was good and fortunate to work with few smart people.

...agement wants to keep all ownership and don't like to see smart people in India. They like to see mostly fresher and very average skilled experienced people working from India who are happy with less salary and no ambition.

It's great. I've no issues here. I've been able to work remotely and we have been given multiple benefits to enable work from home. We've also been granted a lockdown fatigue leave.

Dislikes

It's a big company where compensation could be better.

...ties. Working hours are flexible, and people here are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for work life balance with descent salary then this is the best place to work.
