...agement wants to keep all ownership and don't like to see smart people in India. They like to see mostly fresher and very average skilled experienced people working from India who are happy with less salary and no ambition.

It's great. I've no issues here. I've been able to work remotely and we have been given multiple benefits to enable work from home. We've also been granted a lockdown fatigue leave.

When there is power on, there is lot of pressure. Layoff season is there and they dont give a heck about Indian employees. Most of the good employees are leaving.
