Work life balance is good as there is not much pressure and they co-operate with candidate for their personal work and life.

Dislikes

They have asked rating for promotion and then deducted salary by 20 percent saying there is loss to company....this has disappointed everyone as we were not expecting promotion but first they showed us interest and then deducted salary giving reason of loss caused to company and less work....but we have seen work increases in 15 days still there is no email on the same.

Politics on the peak which completely drawn the company to bottom. No proper appraisal & increment, no work acknowledgement, position & appraisal always had been awarded to the reporting manager favorites. No skill enhancement program, no work-social life balance.

This company don't give salary to their employees on time also there business operation is also fraud I advice if you want to grow don't join this company as five F& F is pending since 4 month.

Worst Job Experience at this company no salary increment, There is no career growth and future for a employee here.

The environment is too Awsome. A lots of changes are being happened during the last 9-10 months which are very useful to the employee (Specially the incentive and extra bonus). The job are always secured. If something is going wrong in your work then you will be re-trained to rectify you mistake and yourself. You express yourself and your talent, you will definitely promoted to the next level. I have personally experience this. The support from the #Team Mates #A.M #G.M. are always there will all of the employees. The H.R. department are the most supportive department, resolves the query on the same day. They always try to build the repo with each and everyone. #A special thanks to IVS HR Team.

The only thing which I dislike is #Manual work. However the good thing is the company is working on it and soon the IVS will have portal.
