High attrition rate. Compensation The leaves/holiday depends on the department you work in. You may have to work on holidays as well including weekends.

The work culture was very terrible and Management was very biased. I had very bad experiences in terms of behaviour from managers and TLs.

Compensation was not good. Management was not supportive at all and it was very biased. I did my job with dedication but it was hardly notice by management because of biasedness

Stupid managers and seniors, the only thing good is the compensation (for beginners) and that the work culture isn't toxic. Expect managers and seniors who aren't helpful and would bully you for fun. Also they provide lunch and dinner in house so that's that.

... leave policy, etc unless they promote you to permanent presentation specialist. Even your salary will be less as compared to the permanent employees.

- Poor Compensation - Limited Scope for development due to the Business Model - May not be optimal for extra ambitious people
