Sales Development open positions.
I'm currently looking for a Sales Development role in an S&M business or organisation. I already have 2 open offers one for 18 lpa (16 fixed and 2 variable) and the other for 18.5 lpa (17 fixed and 1.5 variable). Stupid managers and seniors, the only thing good is the compensation (for beginners) and that the work culture isn't toxic. Expect managers and seniors who aren't helpful and would bully you for fun. Also they provide lunch and dinner in house so that's that.

WFH is the best as I am very Flexible about this hours of the organisation.

Dislikes

The Pay for contractual employee is very low and they will make you work 9 hours without any HR relief or morale boosting activity , no client update is provided properly to manage our work.. They will hire like tide and fire you like the rocket.. do not join this company... Go for somewhere with job satisfaction.
