One of the challenges I faced at Integrative Systems was the uncertainty caused by sudden layoffs. Unfortunately, I was let go during the appraisals, which made the situation even more difficult. After putting in significant effort, it was disappointing to face termination at such a crucial time. However, I’ve taken this experience as an opportunity to learn and grow, and I understand that sometimes business decisions are beyond individual control.

Currently working here as Ibmi developer, where management is incredibly supportive and remote work is encouraged. However, work allocation within projects tends to be slow. Overall, it's a great place to work, but there's room for improvement in task assignment efficiency.

Integrative had a good working culture but it got bad as we entered and heavy politics flow got in to which HR were changed and many more activities were getting managed and bagging the contracts in which they will make the organization land in trouble and I have seen future of few companies the same way it's going here as well. Banks details were transferred and data base was not getting safe working with this organization.

Dislikes

Taking job work done to manage and handle project and making conspiracy and removing the employee from job.The work culture is not that good enough due to mentioned conditions in dislikes and not rupturing the conditions and grooming employees as Assistant Team lead is not capable. But Team lead are good enough to manage as we were reporting to Team lead directly rather than Assistant Team lead which they didn't like it pending projects not completed past few years

The manager shows frustration with the employee, he plots to fire the employee, has a lot of workloads, has leave issues, management issues, manager talks like a Hitler, they are giving salary in Indian rupees and wants work like the US based, In our Festival time they have not issued the leaves.

There is no such good thing that anybody would like to work there , Employees are frustrated to work there but due to loans and emi's they have to work there , Company should stop recruiting peoples who enters by references , the main part is POD leads are presenting Wrong reports of employees to manager and manager is blindly accepting it , about manager i think he should come every day to office rather than working from home , there is lots of things to explain about people who are on the post, i think Mr. Rajan should have to take a big decision regarding the staff who are on big positions and doing just show off in there work

Favoritism Favoritism and Favoritism. Favorite people are allowed to work from home, why due to big references , employees are fired off without intimations and extra salaries
