Everything!, The Worst management I have seen, The Worst HR team and The worst company of my career. Management is not considered the developer or actual working team in any decision which related to project (Internal projects). Please don't join this organization, if you really want to grow in your career. There is NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL, if you still join this company(God Bless you!) then you will only get to work on only internal projects which doesn't have any scope and keep this in mind HR will call you on some day and ask you to put down the paper as you are not working on any project which is billable for them, and they are not finding any utilization of you in the company.
