... Jan 2024 as a recruiter and I was in contract hiring team at Goregaon location. My experience was very bad Company promised me that they will increase salary after 6 months but they did not, very less pay. My TL was charvi, I don't know that was her role, whole day she was doing only time pass. No sourcing (even can't do), no team management, no client management always in attitude and bad tone. Even my all colleague left the IPS including me.

Salary: Some say that the salary is low and cheating with CTC. Working culture: Some say that the working culture is bad. Being the only one in a team: Some say that they had to manage everything without help from others Very Poor: Management.

Without any communication they hold the salary, if employee has taken leave in march month they kept my February month salary on hold just bcoz i took a week days leave in the month of march, they have terminated me without any verbal discussion. Worst culture. Only Sandeep sir Amit wolkar and Tarang sir is good enough to communicate. I suggest not to apply in this consultancy..waste of time and no proper salary.

They will keep you like a servant but the good thing is they will not do any physical violence but mental violence will be done by directly or indirectly.

They will keep your salary on hold for no reason. They are not following any Guidelines of the Labour Law or Employee Wage Act. They don't give you any approval on mail even after if you have complete your probation period of 6 months they will not provide you any positive or negative response. Mr.Tarang Goyal the CEO is the only good person otherwise the employees are degrading the value of the company. All the best whoever is reading.
