Ioss have good and laborious team..but there is no value of yours skill.i have worked more than 6 years in this organization but mean while i got only 1 time got salary hike.so my opinion is don't think to join this company. i have worked there and i have simply forget my 14 months salary without leave allowance without end of benefits.
