I work as a Senior Product Engineer in CARE - ICS Team where the manager and Assistant Manager are a team and have some favorism people with them. The growth of the favorite people is tremendous while to show people they do appraisals of one of the person who's out of their team but he/she got the "Dry Promotion" where your role and responsibities and expectation highly increases but not your salary. High level of micro- management is there. Where your every in-out punch is monitored. Every other team in company have WFH/Hybrid work. But we've to report office everyday. We work in 24X7 environment so even on weeked where only one person in the shift needs to report office. Higly micromanaged and toxic environment.
