Everything is just worst as per my experience don't expect salary until salary 3 month no over time even my temporary food handling certificate was expired they gave me fake and even how much you can push them get the Qatar I'd done to be on visa stamping other they will keep delay even 6 months passed they really don't care

Job Security is good, if you are Ready to do work in less Salary, and without any Expectation, then it's good... Over-all Experience is very bad

Management used bad Language about Staff and very bad Behaviour with Junior Staff...

I like work there, I earn so much respect. I earn so much friend also. I learn different languages like tamil kannada , malayalam.

For last 2 years or so, the new Lebanese management have caused downfall in terms of work culture, company business,delayed salary for staff, no respect and job appreciation for the hardworking staff. This new management has only somehow fooled the upper management and survived for last 2 years , as they only think about heir survival. Integral Food Services is on further downfall from mid of June 2018 due to this new Lebanese management who are unprofessional to the core and no support whatsoever during the pandemic.

Unprofessionalism of the Lebanese management who took over most of their premium outlets from June 2018 in terms of operations and caused a disastrous results in terms of sales and work culture till date .

In Big company You can learn Process. But Company like IFS you can Expand your Experience ,with your learned ideas and Apply it.

Everything is Good . Especially Our MD is Golden heart man , we can find a Good Job ,but not a Good Boss.
