Zero macro management. Appraisal is also good. Chances of promotion are high if you perform well. Company will give you lunch and dinner parties every month. Company and work culture is awesome.

Dislikes

No job security. Company can fire anyone or any team or any department anytime under the name of layoffs. Several layoffs I have saw, it's heartbreaking. I have seen entire department gets wipe out. If you are looking for best job security organisation then don't consider IAS.

IAS is good company but india CEO is really bad.

Poor management, concerns are ignored, everything is just for display, they cheat on the pays and overtime. There's micromanagement by the managers and people are not treated with respect at all. Poor team culture and waterfall model is used in team internally. Really bad place to work

If you want to enjoy parties and team lunches twice a week and after that you want to work whole night, then please join this company. They will destroy your mental peace, you will have sleepless nights and never seen politics is here, from Senior to Junior is engaged in dirty politics. And what to say about HRs, they have their own teams and political parties(LOL), you can't except anything from them.

there's a lot of micro management and politics involved. There's absolutely no freedom of speech. Everything you speak comes for a cost. There is no space of making mistakes or growing through them . There is a fake and forceful way of building relationships.
