Nothing to like in this company apart from Free Coffee and Toxic culture.

One of the Worst place to work. Toxic culture and people. No growth plans for employees. If Not GREAT PLACE TO WORK had a award they would have won the same.

Unconventional approach leads to Challenges and that leads to learning’s. But it takes time and you have to be patient.

No value of Anyone's commitments. Nobody knows how is the authority in what . In this mess all are trying to show they r the boses. I have been interviewed 7 times, after HR head round, a HR officer interviewed me. ( Every interview they kept missing dates, and kept postponing it). This is probably the biggest Pharma company where employees are super busy always... Lol.

Total mess, no accountibility at any level. Good house for pension eater

New way of wokring. Very different from other pharma companies. DIgital apporach . open and transparent culture. strong brands.

Dislikes

1. People are not from Pharma industry. They want to grow business without CRM. It is very difficult to do the same in todays competition. Why will a customer write if there is no foreign trip or honorarium. 2. Management has stopped giving discount to Stockist for local doctors as in many locations , people were misusing it. But this is reality of todays pharma and management doesn't understand the reality. 3. Unrealistic expectation of discipline. Daily meetings. Im sure it will work in long term but very tough in short term. I would like to work again in Integrace but once it becomes big.
