I would like to suggest this company to any fresher who is looking to start their career in publishing. Integra has a good work-life balance and good management staffs/hierarchy subordinates who support their team.

The canteen facility could be better. food in the canteen is very average. HR can be open about the budget allocation to candidates while negotiating salary.

... not too helpful to employees, specially management work with very slow process. Appraisals are not fair and they do not give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management even not work on that. Even sometimes they do not follow the company policies. Also career growth is slow.

A safe place. It's like a government job. Your work-life balance depends on the team which you work with.

Only concern is less salary and more work. Other than that everything seems to be fine here. As I already mentioned, everything depends on the team which you are working with.

Compensation is bad and growth is very slow . Work pressure is very high sometimes you have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend going calls in the evening sometimes late into the night. manager's do not value individuals strength which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times I to receive appriciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals ,also there is no on job training for freshers and senior folks like me have to guide them step by step it happens every time
