Work-Life balance is good. You won't be made to work overtime often. Just once in a week or 2 weeks. You get decent to good systems to work on. Chennai office is located within an IT park, so we can get fine snacks and food at the common cafeteria. Optional flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Micromanagement. Hardly any bonuses or appraisals no matter how long you stay with the company. They do not get good clients to work on producing quality work. Eagerness to embrace new tools, technologies and techniques is limited. Second Saturday is considered a working day but since nobody works on that day, they'll force you to use up your 12 sick leaves throughout the year. Flexible working hours is given but it is subjective to your manager's views on timings.

3yrs I accept to work on bond... but i didn't completed 3 yrs only work on 2 yrs there... they company doesn't provided relieving letter... but i inform to leave... i don't have any proof on tat.. there company.... the didn't provide experience certificate it's okey... but relieving letterits must..the didn't nt given... it's to bad of mine...
