They said salary different at the joining and they gave different salary on salary day that's okay atleast thought some experience we will get n worked beyond our limit but no support you get from company people project managers or your team head and if they don't like your work they may remove you from company any moment no exposure of you are civil Engineer they will tell you are a quantity surveyor but they you sit for applying only quotation worst part is you leave good profile job for this company where there is no job security.

Poor management, toxic work culture, team,team mates are not supporting. I left my stable IT job to join this company to work.on diverse HR processes as promised duringnthe interview. However with a week they laid me.off without any consideration. This abrupt decision has seriously impacted my career leaving me job less and struggling for new opportunities. The lack of empathy from management has been dishearten during this difficult time.They don't deserve hard working employees.

Worst work culture no meaning of work life balance. Its like a school every 1min you should update the management what your doing. No vision and mission company.

No Standard operating procedure and worst management. No professional growth here. Adaptability of new market trends is zero (old school approach).

Good company The best part as of my company is that it gives us an exposure like nobody else. And they allow us to do in our own way which makes us think beyond the level and gain knowledge and experience Every company has its own pros and cons and my case is not one in a million ,but I concentrate on good stuff only no matter it's less or more I love my company I work for. The boss is laid back and doesn't ride us, he knows we know the job and that we do it right and he doesn't need to micromanage and they allow us to do in our own way which makes us think beyond the level and gain knowledge and good experience.

Nothing How can I dislike, The company trust us and they give job for us and because of that I am able to taking care of my family, we love our IOS
