Best place for freshers learning and skill development but you are a family man your financial status remain same due to no increment and OT in company policy.

All job are hired temporary or contract basis except top management post. Ready to work in same salary in several years. Biased appraisal. ready to work 10 to 12 hrs daily and most of the Sunday is working not extra salary for OT and Sundays.
