There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Hi, I’m a doctor currently working in the corporate sector (Pharma Product Management) for the past three years. At present, I am employed with one of the top five pharmaceutical companies in India. I recently received an offer from an MNC headquartered in Gurugram, which is very close to my hometown. Currently, my total compensation is ₹16.2 LPA (fixed + incentives), whereas the MNC is offering ₹20.9 LPA (₹19 LPA fixed + ₹1.9 LPA variable).
