There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working with the team spirit and withe advance technology and E-Bpcr is awesome.

Overtime is not productive either for company or officer,because pay 40rs/hr Is very very low against the higher workload . secondly, the manager force the officer to do overtime, even officer are not willing to do overtime.

Promotion & increment based on relation with superior not on your ability and work. Some HR policies disturb your work life balance like shift hours.
