Nothing is good in company except salary is timely on ending date of month.

There are no training for new joinee. Direct on working and if any mistakes happened then instead of explaining, bad behaviour from old staff.. Old employees are stable in company and behaviouring rudely for new comers so new joinee so as new joinee can not stay long. Old staff employees know nothing but shows too much attitude. Dirty politics in company by stable employees (old staff since 5 yr).Department not sanctions a single leave in a month even though if u have urgent requirement of leave. 10 hrs working in first shift without fail.All old staff employees are in disciplined and playing politics by torturing verbally without any reason and mentally harrasing towards new joinee. Original documents are due to the said issues taken from Hr personal so new joinee requested not to submit original documents otherwise untill one year u will locked the same at here.

...icy to good but one lost of this organisation the canteens meal not sufficient.salary structure good. Iam happy to join Intas family.

In dehradun pant. Working culture not good. Most top management involved in corruption such as petrol diesel, lap top cement petrol and also requitmente Scandal regionalism too much all top postion from same region as like "chor chor mausere bhai" Plant head Mr Narang is corrupt person. and also autocratic. The owner needs to think about it.

What I do like most is Salary at the end of the month deposits in your salary account and shift change is given whenever you want ! Management is good overall and Job security is excellent at its peak. You can spend 4-5 years easily if you will to !!!

Dislikes

Security department and transportation is not as expected. Senior level person hardly has any conversation with the working team. Also; no cultural activities. Just Work Work and Work !

I am unable to come duty due to the lockdown in my area and company Pay the salary after applying all days leave and extra hour duty i will do when i will join duty. This is the very bad experience with Intas.

Less staff recruiting
