Nothing to like for the company. The worst company regarding HR policies along with work life balance and Salary increment. No perks provided to the employees, like internet bills and even if you done fixes to the company laptop. They never reimburse any amount spent by employee for any type of maintenance to the company laptop. Very worst HR policies specially for those employees who serve notice period.

Dislikes

1. Senior HR member is very arrogant and irritating person. He never listen to the employees, he always try to dictate employees. 2. Working hours extended to late nights on the regular basis. 3. Salary increment depends on the senior management people rather than employees performance. 4. No perks is provided to employees even internet bills also spent from employee pocket. 5. Employees woked on Saturday on regular basis and even sometimes sunday also.
