I mostly liked the company's culture but it is degrading now. Salary and Benefits are average.

Most things are poor whether it is work-life balance, appraisal, learning, etc. It is a typical 10 am - 7 pm job if you can complete your work otherwise it is more than that. Don't assume that you can leave the office before 7 pm. Deadlines of projects are unbelievably short. If you provide a deadline according to your calculations, your senior will crunch that to the shortest. And, despite new changes even at the last moment, you must provide the work on the previous deadline as discussed earlier. If, unfortunately, your project's deadline is missed due to valid reasons, they will never forgive you for this mistake. Management is rotting. Learning is depending on the project, team, and manager. Most of the work is now copy and paste."Just hardwired things with hardwired thought processes." It is not a tech-oriented company anymore. It's become a business-oriented. Tech people have no value and respect anymore.

Pathetic work culture, no conveyance processing as per commitment, currupted middle management, lack of transparency in partner payout, unrealistic targets given, daily torture for targets, management don't trust on employees, every 2-3 hours you have switch on the camera and share the location, asking to visit the office twice a day if don't met daiy run rate, they schedule meeting late in the evening, not safe work place female employees, strongly not recommended.

Work culture is very alcoholic. No work life balance in this company. You will be forced via TL and managers to false selling. Misleading by HR every time . Working hours not fix. In short .chutiy@ company hai mat karna join

Dislike work style pressure huge target as a relationship manager My annual salary package is 5.5 lakh but my annual target including GST 1 cr it's huge I mean 20 time of my annual package how can I earn insective and work pressure lot of work pressure so that's why I leave this company.

Manager's behaviour very polite, salary on time never delay , many attractive schemes for employees in sales

No work life balance, discustting senior manager ping style to all employees eg. Director of call centre head.
